“Actually, it was a nice small room for two people. It was clean. Our problem was the weather. It rained so hard and there was a lot of wind. The electricity went out so we had to leave and go to another establishment. But then the right conditions I think it would be a nice place for a couple or one person just to get away into nature. It was very easy to get my refund due to the weather. The contact person was very efficient and removedall of our concerns.”

“Excellent place to stay to explore the eastern portion of the Shawnee National Forest. We used it as a launching point to see the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, and Dixon Springs State Park. Wish we had another day to do more exploring. The cabin is secluded, so stock up on groceries and charcoal for the grill before you arrive. “Everything was just as hoped, and we had a wonderful stay at the White Oak cabin. Communication was fantastic, the cabin was clean and included everything we needed for comfort and to prepare meals. The hot tub was in perfect working order, the views were lovely and we were able to visit Giant City, Ferne Clyffe, Little Grand Canyon, Garden of the Gods and Rim Rock across 2.5 days. We would not hesitate to return!”
