Located in a complex in Kalkan - Ortaalan, the villa for rent with private pool is an option with a capacity of four people. It is very easy to reach the center. On the ground floor of the two-storey building, there is a pool terrace, living room, kitchen and a very enjoyable reading section. The pool terrace has a dining table for four, a stone barbecue, a shower, sun loungers and parasols. The American type kitchen forms a whole with the living room. There is a transition from the reading area to the lounge and pool terrace. A toilet for common use is also located on this floor. When you climb the stairs to the upper floor, the first door that welcomes you opens to a toilet and shower for common use. The other two doors lead in turn to the first room with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed. A lovely balcony in front of the master bedroom is an alternative place to read a book. If you want to watch some Kalkan and sea views during afternoon tea, you can reach the rooftop by continuing to climb the stairs. In the attic, there is also a dining table for four and a camellia ready for you. What you should not ignore as an important piece of information is that the depth of the pool will be too high for guests who cannot swim.
