“If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. “Decent enough for the current price, out of season, small apartment, mainly oriented at summer holiday guests, outdated kitchen equipment and in general the buildings need maintenance. Staff was friendly. The hot water boiler didn't switch on when I arrived, but staff got it fixed within an hour. In general it's okay if you don't expect a modern facility. The seaside is nice though and the parc does provide entertainment, and also the town of Porec and the wider Istrian area is beautiful.”

“We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ……
