A little piece of heaven.....

Posted May 21, 2017
Pros: Nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.
Cons: Check-in could be quicker.....
Location: didnt really venture out of the grounds except to do the trek....
A little piece of heaven.....in the middle of crazy Kathmandu and (with respect) filthy Kathmandu. I spent four night here at this hotel, two before my Everest Base Camp trek and two after. I had never been to Nepal before so had no idea of what to expect. The first two nights were great. Comfy beds, AWESOME showers and great food. The last two nights after the trek were something I looked forwards to after sleeping in my clothes for four days on the latter part of the trek....I could not wait to get to the hotel a, get clean, eat decent food and feel human again. This place is like an oasis in the middle of mayhem....like I mentioned with all RESPECT to Kathmandu and to the Nepali people.

A quiet paradise in the middle of a chaotic city

Posted May 11, 2017
If you have been to Kathmandu lately you know that the streets are packed with cars, trucks, and motorcycles, that the air is filled with dust, and that there is no room to walk. The minute you turn into the hotel gate you are isolated from this with your 37 acres of grounds, excellent food at the restaurants, and a friendly staff.

Hotel in convenient location, lovely greenery

Posted Jan 28, 2017
Pros: Spacious and the staff are great.
Cons: Rooms and all day dinning.
Location: The hotel location is very convenient in Kathmandu and you can visit so many holy places and mountains.
All went well, staff are courteous, we had nice meals at the Italian restaurant and great service. The team at the Club level were amazing and professional. Rooms need to be renovated.
