This place is a gem. The young female receptionist made my trip that much better, she went out of her way multiple times to make my experience easier and better. The location of this place is wicked, 200m or so from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. It has its own bar which is just a nice place to relax as it does not get to busy. If you are into site seeing, Paphos Castle and Paphos Archaeological Park(highly recommend) are a 5-10 minute walk along the water front. The hotel itself may need one or two upgrades i.e hallway carpeting but that doesn't affect your stay. All in all good value for money and super friendly staff. Regards, Josh

On arrival, air con not working, after some resistance from night staff manages a temp change, on return mini bar fridge not working, safe wouldn't lock! Sorted eventually, took the edge off a bit. Rooms looking a bit tired now, maybe slipping slightly off the 5 star pedestal a little. Location is perfect though, sea views, close to town centre restaurants bars etc

Just returned from a six night stay @ Annabella, if you are looking for sun sea & relaxation in exquisite surroundings then this is the hotel for you.
Staff are friendly and approachable. Always a good choice of foods which like every thing else at hotel was of a very high standard. What stopped me from giving five stars is the charge for water, for a hotel of such high standards it is a tad disappointing they feel the need to charge there guest for a glass or bottle of water.

"Great location, friendly staff and very good value"
Hotel location is excellent being approximately 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Note that if arriving at Pafos international airport I would recommend taking the bus (service 612) which will get you to the main bus station (located in the harbour area and 10 minutes walk from the hotel) in around 30 minutes; cost €1.50 versus taxi at €30.00!. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and in particular Nicky on main reception who was brilliant. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good selection of hot and cold items. Note that there are a number of convenience stores (and a large supermarket) close buy so you will not be stuck if you want to buy additional food and snacks during the day.
In summary, the hotel was good value for what I paid and I would definitely stay there again.

"Good location, clean, friendly staff, good value. "
We had 10 nights at this very good hotel.
Dionysos is in a good location in Kato Paphos - two minutes from the sea and seconds away from shops, bars, cafés and restaurants.
This of course means there's a bit of noise from the nightlife.
The reception welcome and hospitality was excellent and the staff were friendly, multilingual and anxious to help.
The Greeks have a word for 'hospitality' - φιλοξενία (philoxenia) - which means friendship to strangers and guests and which is very close to their hearts. We were made to feel very at home.
Rooms are a good size and kept spotlessly clean with balconies looking onto the town and the sea. Towels are changed daily if you want. You get a free use of the in-room safe and fridge. Aircon good too.
The hotel facilities are good for a small hotel with a nice pool area and a peaceful and beautiful little garden with a bar. Perfect for the occasional drink at the end of the night.
Breakfast is a little bonus - good mix of cold meats, cheeses and salad, a hot breakfast buffet, yoghurt, fruit, bread, cereals and pastries. We didn't eat breakfast anywhere else during our whole stay as the selection was good.
The whole experience with Dionysos was wonderful - it was the perfect base for a magical holiday without the impersonal coldness of the larger corporate hotels but with touches that made the stay just as good - and without the painful bill.
Next time I book in Paphos - I will check availability at this little gem first.
