Overall the hotel was decent and clean. It is an older hotel, but the property is kept up fairly well. I did not have a good check in process, the worker was very short and rude. He did not engage or welcome my husband and I.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was short staffed. No one was at the front desk for 15 min after we arrived, and no sign saying to wait. The breakfast was ok. There were a lot of guests and only one staff trying to keep everything filled and functional. They had run out of oil spray for the waffle maker, so guests were annoyed they couldn’t get their waffles. One other tiny feedback, the hot tub wasn’t working. The button for turning on the hot water was broken.

Front desk personnel Jovie provided great service upon arrival but the other front desk personnel Milianry ( misspelled) was horrible , he was never at the front desk to greet or check out guests ,he was not friendly and in many ways not accommodating to the guests . I would expect that kind of service from a small independent hotel but not from this well known big chain establishment. Housekeeping was okay , when asked for a set of towels it was given to the guests , however there was a yogurt lid from the previous hotel guest on the floor between the bed and nightstand, .Breakfast and the location of the hotel were good .

Excellent stay! The property was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the service was prompt and professional. The bonus was the area is filled with things to do! There is a giant mall, a smaller strip mall, plenty of restaurants and recreational activities all nearby. Can’t wait to return!

I asked the desperation in the morning when we need to get a coffee or why the other stuff wasn’t plugged in his answer was that’s not his job. Nothing else was said I got a coffee it was hot but that’s about it. Everything else was nothing I was not impressed at all. But that was world on the bottom when I had a shower they Musta use some cheap paint to try to paint the bottom. It was coming off wasn’t too impressed. The noise from the highway was expected. I didn’t expect the traffic to be that noisy at 5:30 in the morning but I will learn a lesson to make sure I am not on a busy area For no one I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody

The room wasn't to bad- EXCEPT no remote for the TV, no alarm clock. When we called the front desk several times and the clerk never answered. We we went down to the desk to try & get a remote for the TV- he asked what we did with it. Then he said he would bring 1 to our room, but never asked our room number. We had to tell the room. He had absolutely no personality. And not helpful at all.

水回りは修理が必要
バスタブの排水が悪いです。シャワーを浴びてるだけで バスタブ内に水がドンドン溜まっていきます。 全部排水されるまでに長い時間が必要です。 洗面台の排水栓も壊れてて、洗面台に水を溜めることが できませんでした。
