Nice Suite-cut the water off, twice; heavy traffic
The suite itself was very nice. And the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they had to cut the water off twice to fix a broken main pipe. The first time, we got plenty of warning. The second time, we got no advance warning; a note slipped under the door saying it was happening. I was about to take a shower. So much for that idea. Because it is right on the edge of a major shopping area (Katy Mills) the traffic was pretty bad (we were there for week of 12/20-12-/27). Certainly not the hotel's fault, but we won't stay there again if we can help it.

Would Definitely Recommend
We ended up staying here during Christmas because my dad's house had too many people, and the choice to stay here was correct. The bed was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed equally so, the breakfast selection was good, and the location was good. Staff was friendly and courteous no matter what time of day or night we came in. Absolutely got the bang for our buck. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I’ve booked this hotel online I’ve stayed at Springhill suites before have always been satisfied with their service till this experience I went up there just purchased a new vehicle and only one parking spot was available that had a light pole hanging over it which was falling and there was heavy equipment and construction in the parking lot limiting the space attempted to get a transfer or a refund I was not accommodated I still seek a hotel with Springhill suites at the Brookhollow location which was great but I did still get charge for the Katy Mills day even though we did not stay there. I reached out to the service for refund and was refused

The window blinds was torn on two sides from top to bottom. Room phone not working. Room was just too small and cramped. We found an adjoining room connected by a door. My kids tried turning the doorknob thinking that was the bathroom. Only for the person in the next room to let out a loud bang on the door, my heart almost jumped out of my chest. They probably need to put a sign on that door so no one goes messing with it.

I was there overnight for a wedding. It was nice and conveniently located. The elevator went down when we were checking out, but a staff member helped me carry my luggage downstairs. Easy check-in and check-out.

On our final night stay, our neighbor had set their TV volume to max and it woke me up and I was unable to sleep with it at that volume. I tried calling the front desk to see if they could do something about it and no one picked up. I got out of bed and went over to the front desk and sat there for a while and no one was there and no one came. I looked for a corporate number and couldn't find one, so in the end I called hotels.com. They also tried calling the front desk (3 times from what I heard, since I was standing right there) and no luck (of course). In the end after 20+ minutes, I was standing outside my room and I saw the guy who was staying in the room with the TV maxed out. He was outside the hotel and had the TV maxed. I asked him to lower the volume and he gave me a not so great look, but did eventually quite the TV a bit. The problem was solved after 45+ minutes, but the fact that there was no management or anyone on duty really made solving this problem not a great experience. Also, some parts of the room were not well cleaned, with discloration in the wallpaper in some areas and some other stuff which I'm not sure what it was, but looked like brownish in color (not sure what it was for sure, but looked like old dried blood, but could have been anything with a brown tint).
