We came here for holiday. And we’re expecting a decent (not even excellent) hotel service, which they have not.
There’s nobody at front desk at all during our 4-day stay. No breakfast. No room cleaning. Nowhere to get extra clean towers. They had a dryer machine but it took forever for the dryer to dry the wet towers.
But they do leave a sheet of paper on the desk, asking for an $400 extra fee, without indicating it at all when booking.
There’s nobody at front desk so we didn’t know how to pay the fee. Thus they send it through email again and again, but didn’t give any payment link or way for pay. I called them asking about how to pay. They said that they don’t have a payment link, but anyway we have to find some way to pay this $400
The only thing great is the ocean view. But the wave can be too noisy to sleep at night.
