Staff was very accommodating in every way. You could feel a personal touch that you don’t always feel in a huge high rise hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Employees at the property were beyond wonderful. They helped with anything they could. I don’t think I walked past a single employee who didn’t greet us. Breakfast being provided was super convenient. WiFi was a bit slow and having to pay a decent amount to do a load of laundry were a bit of a downfall but overall, wonderful place to stay.

The outdoor and atmosphere of the property was nice. The room was good. The 24 hour coffee bar was great as we had to leave early in the am. We only stayed on the island for 1 night and it worked out great. Very convenient, reasonable, and no hidden fees.

Older hotel so structures as expected, and nicely maintained. Clean, nice and friendly. Beautiful location and ambiance. A few changes have been made since our visit a few years ago. New management? All good! This our go to hotel for our first night in Kauai, and will continue to be!

Comfortable beds, nice setting and grounds. Great Staff. Great coffee. Excellent to be able to borrow beach towels, umbrella & chairs. Minimal, but nice breakfast. Roosters are an early-morning nuisance here, as they are everywhere! Older motel, but really well kept and clean. Not cheap, but reasonable compared to others.

We stayed here at the last minute after a snafu with another reservation. The place and staff were great - definitely a relaxed vibe to the check-in/check-out process. There were some oddities: a king size bed but only 1 chair and 1 bedside table, the key to the room took some effort to get in and turn the knob. A bit expensive based on state-side rates, but, all-in-all, generally a good motel.

Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room is a little outdated but everything was working. Towels were soft and fluffy. Need to update on the bed pillows they were flat.

The location was just outside Lihue, near the port and plenty of dining options within a mile or two. The property definitely has a few years in it but in great condition, a d the grounds are exceptionally well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful as all get out and the best damn self serve coffee bar I have seen at any property. We didn't our first 5 nights at the Westin in Princeville and I wished we'd just stayed here the entire week. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property itself is gorgeous. The grounds the inn sits on it picturesque and located near everything. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade, but was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our back screen did not open onto the lanai (I think it was broken), but we enjoyed watching the chickens and peacock roam the inn grounds. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and would stay here again.

We found the room to be very comfortable and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated and the wifi did not work well in the room but overall we were very impressed

This hotel is in a strange location away from everything. Residential area & the shipyards. Noisy when cargo ships unload and the housing right by the area not good. My daughter looked up sexual predator in the area and there were 35 near us! For the high price we paid I would not recommend. Local families stay here.

Room service did not occur. We asked for towels to be replaced after the second night. It never happened. We had to go get clean towels ourselves. The site brochure said a thorough clean on the third day — this did not happen either. Breakfast was disappointing — essentially Twinkies, Hostess cupcakes, cereal bars, and instant oatmeal. No fresh bread or other fresh baked goods. On the good side — staff were very pleasant, and the common eating area encourages meeting other guests. The property is definitely dated (part of its charm), but this was no problem for us.

This Inn is aloha in every way! The staff are so welcoming when you arrive. The setting is quiet and drivable to all the sights south and east. There are games to play in the large green space and the pool is perfect for cooling off. There are complementary beach chairs, snorkeling gear and towels to grab when heading to the beach. You can’t extend your checkout time but you’re welcome to use the facilities till it’s time to say goodbye.

I stayed in two different rooms. The more affordable one was dirty when I arrived (including dirt from previous guest on the toilet seat, a weird looking something next to the bed etc.). At that point I already had an issue with front desk staff making mistake charges on my card re: previous, directly booked nights and being incredibly difficult, ineffective and unfair about it. When I inquired with them they repeatedly said things like "let us explain to YOU agaiiiin" - when it was actually their mistake, plus a power outage that caused issues for other guests as well plus their bad communication around all of it that caused the issue. So when I got the new room (this time booked via Expedia to prevent any more weird charges), I wasn't in the mood to make a complaint with front desk staff again and just got disinfectant wipes from the gym and sorted it out myself. The place has a great concept and nice employees overall, they also gave me a discount for the whole confusion they caused. But the latter was *still* not resolved days after checking out and my bank had to be involved to sort it out and settled the account. Very frustrating and the cleanliness issue straight up disgusting. Good coffee shop diner as well as ocean nearby and nice pool though.

This place is a little older but character cannot be beat. It actually sleeps 5 (twin bed in a room with 2 doubles) when it says it does. The bathroom is big. The staff is amazing! There is guest laundry, a pool, a 24 hour coffee bar, easy and free parking. They provided us with a cork screw and wine glasses for our wine and a towel for our tubing adventure. Can’t say enough about this place! Central location on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was disappointing. No fruit are any kind of protein. Not even milk of any kind. Only sugary processed packaged foods and packets of Quaker oatmeal. Nobody serviced our room. We had to ask for extra towels. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good size room for a family. Nice to have breakfast included and coffee and tea available all the time with an amazing selection of flavored syrups. Very friendly staff and great they have stuff available to use for the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.
