The best part of this resort is the location. It is close to airport, close to Safeway, close to ABC store and some shopping plazas. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, and it is a nice, clean and not crowded beach. you can watch sunrise there. it has full kitchen so you can just buy stuff from Safeway and cook your own meal.
Just the units of this resort is individually owned. even it says newly renovated it might not applied to all unites or everything in the unit. the one we stayed in, there's no curtain/blind on the kitchen window, so whoever walk by can see the kitchen and dinning area. the blinds in bedroom are old, the cloths behind the blind is old too, and one window has a longer piece, the other one has a shorter one. We didn't realize the unit had a TV with broken screen and a broken leg on the day we arrived. we reported to the front office on the next morning, which was replaced on the day after.
Rooster is the king of the island is not a joke. you will see quite a bit of chickens walking around the property. you better feed them if you sit outside to eat on the first floor, otherwise they will come for your food. If you don't mind hearing rooster's crow in the earning morning, then you can give this place a try.
