The location is beautiful and close to multiple activities. The beach is so so for swimming and surfing. The parking is additional $35 per day, no options. The bathroom is inconvenient, no room to dry your clothes. The restaurants in the hotel are very expensive and tipping adds up because you cannot do anything.

Pros: overall ambience and position
Cons: rates are high, and (mandatory) additional charges for parking are very cheeky
Location: great situation on Kauai - the garden island of Hawaii.
a few days at this oasis on the north coast of Kauai - fantastic views from very comfortable ocean facing rooms

このホテルには3回目の宿泊、、、その間、所有者が変わったり、分割されたり、、、でも、でも、 そのサービスの質は落ちていなかったのがうれしい。 どの部屋からもおそらく素晴らしいオーシャンビューが期待できるだろう。 安い私に部屋からもプールに、そして海を見渡すことが出来た。 担当したベルボーイは私たち夫婦の名前を覚えていて、会うたびに気さくに声をかけてくれる、しかも出しゃばりすぎないのが不思議にたのしい。クジラのシーズンには、カフェからその潮吹きが見れた、楽しい。 何べんも行きたくなるホテルの一つ。

카우아이 북쪽에 정말 좋은 뷰에 자리잡은 호텔이었다. 미국사람들이 가장 가고싶어하는 휴양지이고 마크 저커버그도 여기에 별장을 샀다는 얘길듣고 정말 궁금했는데, 가서 보니 좋은 분위기와 격조가 느껴지는 호텔 리조트였다. 일단 발레파킹에 차를 세우고 내리자 내 이름을 바로 알고 환영한다는 얘길 해주는것 부터가 특별한 경험이었다. 호텔리조트를 둘러싼 뷰는 정말 특이하고 아름다운 뷰였고 특히 아침부페를 먹으며 보는 경관은 앞으로 쉽게 잊기 힘든 경험이 될것 같다. 객실내부나 하다못해 일리커피에스프레소 기계도 정말 좋았고, 어느것 하나 단점을 찾기 힘든 좋은 경험이었다. 24시간 오픈된 수영장도 아이들과 시간에 구애받지않고 놀기에 좋았었고, 젖은 수영복으로 1층에서 4층을 가기위해 탄 엘리베이터에서 에어콘이 아닌 온풍이 나오는 서비스는 정말정말 감동이었다. 나중에 꼭 다시 오고 싶다는 생각이 들게 하는 세인트 레지스 프린스빌...

This is a gorgeous hotel on an unbelievable property with an incredible view and very nice rooms, but the food service and the pool were disappointing for a top dollar resort. I was expecting a Four Seasons experience, but was disappointed. When vacationing, I look forward to good service, food, drinks, and a relaxing pool atmosphere. There is 1 pool, so it gets busy with kids running and swimming into other customers, and then there are 3-4 spas/ whirlpools around the pool area, but 2 of them were broken. The servers at the pool and the lobby bar (which won't serve any drinks until 3:30 or any food until 5:30) were some of the most inattentive I have ever seen- good luck getting any service in a reasonable amount of time. At the pool, the servers and their managers in the denim shirts were busier chatting than serving- it was no surprise that ordering took forever and the server didn't get the orders correct. They have a careless attitude, which as mentioned before, was extremely disappointing for an expensive resort. The rooms are nice and clean, although a little dated in the bathrooms. The cleaning crew did a nice job and were very friendly and accommodating. The views are breathtaking and vast, the lobby is nicely decorated, and the walking paths are nice. Overall, this is a nice resort and is enjoyable, but for the high cost the pool and food/ beverage service was a disappointment.

Location: The location was near the beaches and hikes we wanted to do. We preferred to eat off the hotel grounds at local restaurants.
The air conditioning in our room did not work the entire 4 days we stayed there. They offered fans but unless we sat directly in front of the fans it was too hot. The heat made sleeping nearly impossible. They never offered to change our room. For the cost of the room, it would have been nice if they at least offered us another room option. We spent most of our time exploring the island, but, it would have been nice to return to a cool room. Our "ocean view"room was actually a view of the pool area. We would look out our window at people lounging around the pool area. Not exactly our choice of view. In order to see the ocean we had to turn our heads and lean over. The hotel might want to consider making the room description clearer so we could have made a different choice. The food was over-priced considering the quality of the food was average. I needed assistance with the printer in the business center. I was handed a stack of paper from a cabinet and told to load it myself. I am capable of doing this, but, it required me pulling the entire printer out of the cabinet, lifting it with one hand and pulling the printer open with the other. It might have been nice if the staff had at least offered to help. I have never written a review for any business. I decided to write a review for this hotel because we don't feel the experience was worth the higher price we paid. We plan to come back to Kauai next summer. We will not be staying at the St. Regis More hype than comfort
