Beautiful facilityPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: The quality of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff
Cons: No complaints
Location: Located in the resort area of Princeville it was a short drive to the beaches, hiking and restaurants.
We found the staff very accommodating and the facility well maintained. We had a late flight (but a 10 am check out)and were offered the use of the pool and their "hospitality suite" to shower and get ready before our flight.

No Air Conditioning!Posted Sep 3, 2015
The location is beautiful, pool was picturesque, BUT there is NO air conditioning in ANY unit, and the hotel staff refuse to give you more then 1 tiny fan. They were rude when asked for one, and when I went to try to cancel the rest of my stay, (my kids were getting heat rash it was so hot) they were not helpful in any way, basically told me to suck it up. Would not recommend due to lack of cool air and rude staff.

No A/C and immediate solicitation for timeshare!Posted Aug 10, 2015
Once we arrived and checked in at the hotel I was directed to the activities counter to pick up the overnight parking passes for our cars. I booked two rooms for my family and we arrived in 2 cars so I needed to pick up 2 parking passes. I thought it was odd that the girl who checked me in didn't give me my parking passes along with my room keys but I walked over to the activities desk which was just a few steps away from the front desk. As soon as I got to the activities desk they were trying to get everybody in my party to join me for a "welcome" tour. I told him we were pressed for time and we needed to get to our rooms. He tried to get me to come to a complimentary breakfast the next morning for a presentation as he was preparing the parking pass. At this point he informed me the other driver would have to come pick up the other parking pass. So I went back to the car and had my wife go get the other parking pass. I warned her about the timeshare pitch as she headed inside. Sure enough when she returned she told me that he tried to get her to sit down for a presentation. Not a pleasant experience when you're checking in. Once we got to the room we noticed how hot and stuffy it was in the room. We immediately tried to find the thermostat to turn the A/C on. NO A/C! Nowhere on the Expedia website for this hotel did it specify that there was no A/C. ! Would not recommend this hotel the Westin Princeville just 5 minutes away is a better choice if you desire a a/c.

Guest? More like timeshare target!!!Posted Jul 14, 2015 on Hotels
Great location, which kept the hotel experience from ruining the trip. But I soon realized that the staff isn't interested in serving renters, they are primarily concerned with selling time shares. The room was dingy and no where near as updated as the pictures on the website, the service staff was more interested in ending conversations than actually helping us, and a salesperson bothered us every day trying to pressure us into attending a timeshare sales pitch meeting. He even called our room daily. If you do stay here and your not interested in a timeshare, just bypass the "guest services" table when you check in--that's where they start the hounding process. As it turns out, there are many timeshare resale companies on the island, and the Wyndham timeshares are widely available at very low prices.

Nice!Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: The pools. Wish there was food service by the Clubhouse pool.
Cons: Daily villa service. We ran out of toilet tissue in the bathrooms on the 3rd day and there were no replacements so we had to call Housekeeping.
This was a nice place to be with family! The new clubhouse made arrival and departure much easier and the associates there are so welcoming and wonderful! Mercy and Pam were great! We will be returning because of them! Mahalo for a wonderful time!

We spent a few days with our children (7 & 16 yrs old)and enjoyed to spacious room and quietness of this Villas. Was initially disappointed that there was no ac, but the weather was pleasant so it did not matter. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Time share property but no pressure to become partPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Location and gardens.
Cons: Bathroom needed remodeling but was kept very clean.
Location: Near Hanalei but not in town. Very fancy hotels and golf courses around.
Considering the price we got a very nice unit that was like an apartment. Staff was very nice, guests were quiet, mostly. The pools were nice, the grounds were beautiful. The building was a little aged but well taken care of. Location was great.
