Would not have noticed if I didn't check my email. Although a refund was processed after I emailed the hotel, the incident reflects very poor staff management and administration. Very shocked something like this could happen at a hotel like Park Hyatt. The hotel is very well maintained physically but no customer would ever want to go encounter such a disrespectful event no matter how nice the hardware is.
