The "service" received (or rather not received) was absolutely unacceptable! Before arrival there were several emails to the hotel to check on details - their response was slow or even non-existent!!
When tried to call, someone answered the phone and the conversation was far from polite - or professional from the receptionist's side.
Though we marked on booking that we would be arriving late (well after 10 pm) and this was re-confirmed in an email - AND the hotel is supposed to have a 0-24 reception... there was NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON to let us in or give us our room!!! We drove 20 hours under poor circumstances, arrived at around midnight and there was no one there expecting us to arrive.
Telephone and mobile were SWITCHED OFF!!! which is again unacceptable. There were no clear signs or instructions as where to go or whom to contact if any problems.
This was our worst ever hotel experience.
