Everyting was good, but we asked to awake up at 5.00 am. This is the third time when you promise to wake up us, but no action. Our bus lived at 5.50 am we knew what will happen and took our own alarm with us.

Get what you pay for…
Was decent enough for what I paid. Shower tiles showed signs of mould. No electrical sockets next to bed or next to mirror as wanted to dry hair after shower. (Luckily the wire reached closest to it). Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from. Staff need to crack a smile from time to time.

Completely fine for the price. Cleanliness was not the best and some other little things could have been better but for 60€ per night I am not complaining.

Clean + pleasant hotel in Kaunas
Ibis Kaunas Centre is a good basic hotel. It is adjacent to the bus station, so convenient if you are arriving by bus. The walk to Freedom Alley and then on to the Old Town is not long and the hotel is close to a nice park and to the very interesting Sugihara House museum. I might recommend asking for a room facing the back because the street in front of the hotel is noisy. The breakfast was modest but good and the staff is professional and pleasant.

I would like to complain about the hotel in the booking I paid for, it says double room and double bed..the room I received was not double as it says on your website when I asked why I was told that the reference is to the size of the bed and not the size of the room .....This is a serious deception of the public and I demand to get the money I extracted back and I will not sue Expedia for misleading advertising

surprisingly disappointing stay
Quite disappointing, room was dirty, towels look like they have been used for 10 years, small tv with couple of channels, very small breakfast, food was cold, small parking

Nice stay and convenient to bus station
Returning from visiting Vilnius. Had station the way before and liked it. Staff remembered me. Nice breakfast. Pleasant but longish walk to old town.

parking situation was desastrous, definetely too small parking area to fit daily and hotel guests´ cars. Guests are forced to leave their vehicles on the street without any obligation of hotels´ responsibility (parking fee, car damages, etc.)

Very convenient location close to supermarket & restaurants etc, good menu selection in hotel restaurant, clean & tidy hotel with friendly staff. Staff very accommodating when requesting extra pillows due to surgery. The only downside was the size of the tv the fact it didn’t have smart tv facilities so you can log into Netflix etc as this would of been greatly appreciated due to being unable to do a lot after surgery.

I must say that paying for 3 stars hotel I was expecting to have in a room simple cattle and normal cups for tea/ coffee. Also 2 towels per person not one

It is in the center, near the bus station, 5 minutes to train, 10 minutes walk to Akropolis shopping mall. Breakfast was great. Our room was very tidy and clean.

Very good hotel in an average area.
Modern hotel, clean, roomy and next to the coach station and a short walk to the train station. Super nice and friendly staff that helped greatly. The only negative was the neighborhood was not vibrant. Safe but not convenient. Not a lot of dining choices nearby. However, you can take the local bus from right out front to old town where all the food, drink and site seeing is located.

Excellent modern hotel
The 29 bus from the airport stops just across the street from the hotel. The room was modern and comfortable, breakfast buffet very good. I also had an evening meal which was excellent as well. The city centre, river and parks are all short walks away. Leaving my luggage for a few hours when I checked out was no problem, and the train station is just down the road. Would definitely recommend.

A clean, comfortable hotel right next to the Central Bus Station and only a couple of hundred meters from the Railway Station. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. While too far to walk to the old city center, there are numerous buses leaving from the Bus Station. There is also a large super market in the Bus Station. Very handy if you booked without breakfast.

Just very good for my needs highly recommend The pillows are super soft extremely comfy nothing is to much trouble here in my view it should be a 5 star clean you could eat your dinner of the floor
