Great location, very friendly staff. Bar was excellent with a decent selection of food options. The rooms were comfortable and very clean but the bathroom could have done with a slight refurbishment. Other than that this hotel is in a great location with easy access to one of the main streets in Kaunas.

We booked Suite and were downgraded to family room. I also requested for a baby cot which wasn’t provided in the room and when they sent after 2nd reminder it wouldn’t fit in our room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a range of excellent restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff were wonderful, unfailingly helpful and spoke excellent English which I really appreciated since I don't speak Lithuanian. My room was rather small gor a 4 day stay and colleagues made similar comments about their rooms. Check in was slow because my arrival coincided with 2 international football teams. The reception staff did a great job in challenging circumstances.

Superbly clean even if the bed wasn't the comfiest. Rooms are the best (family friendly) I've stayed in at any 4 star hotel globally due to the separate room with bunk beds for the kids. Outstanding setup for families with kids. Breakfast was OK with a decent variety of food. Service at breakfast wasn't brilliant due to lack of noticeable staff but the overall experience, cleanliness and facilities made that a minor issue. Have stayed before. Would definately come back.

This is a typical businessman’s hotel, clean and modern and efficient. The breakfast was to us as travellers quite pricey so we did not buy, but there are so many restaurants nearby it doesn’t matter. It is not in the historic area so there is no ambience here but it was about a 20 minute walk to the old historic area so it was still pretty handy. A 20 minute easy walk to the train and bus stations was also good. Great modern washroom and shower and good internet with a nice view from our room made it very enjoyable.

Good hotel, great breakfast.
I expected more spacious room(s) based on the photo, but perhaps that's my mistake for not checking sq.m. :) We stayed 1 night only, so that was ok, otherwise would have felt too canned. I mean, there is no spot in a family room where all 4 of us could stay together. Overall clean, but shower could be cleaned better under the sliding doors. Since not every hotel has family rooms, we enjoyed the stay - especially kids for the bunk bed and it was quite nice experience, great breakfast (although coffee could be better), but it has some downsides that do not allow to say it is excellent.

The room can be too hot
Was staying on the level 8 as requested but it was so hot, very uncomfortable and the aircon didn’t work, so for the next day I move to level 2, which was perfect 👍

This has always been my "go-to" hotel in Kuanas for location, nice standard rooms, cleanliness, easy parking, not to mention a very nice breakfast buffet and restaurant. I am sure that once the renovations to the reception, lobby and bar area are complete, I will then give it 5 stars. Right now, it's 4 stars for the confusing entrance to a temporary reception area - not well marked that you actually have to go up a flight of stairs to get to reception. The front driveway of the hotel was chaotic as a "Do not enter" sign at the end of the drive-through made cars turn around and squeeze back to the entrance during a busy period - and thanks to a poorly lit drive-way entry - I wrinkled up my car rental. I hope the renovations will improve things and attention paid to traffic flow by the front entrance - and extra lighting and marking never hurts.

Booked this hotel as was having total knee replacement surgery . On arrival found hotel was being renovated . Reception moved to first floor up stairs ...no lift .lift went to room on 6th floor But breakfast was on ground floor vi stairs again.this shoukd have been noted on website as never would have booked it. Also we had a family room which had a good size room for our daughter but the double bed room for us was minuscule . You couldnt turn off heat in room ...so was boiling. The lowest setting on ac was 19 degree but felt way more. When i left for surgery wife and daughter moved to double room and was much better .

Great all round
Although parking is off site, it is just at the back of the hotel so there is no real difference. The service throughout was amazing with very tentative staff from front of house all the way through. My room was warm and very comfortable with everything I needed. The food is great with a great menu and a great buffet breakfast too. All round this hotel made my trip even better and it was a pleasure to return to after a day at work. I will definitely stay here again should I be in the area.

Good hotel.
Good location, friendly staff and nice clean hotel. Wasn't so happy with a buffet breakfast because of Covid pandemic. Would have preferred table service. Half of customers weren't wearing maskat the buffet.

This hotel is great value for money

Excellent service
I stayed here during Covid as I was having an operation at at a nearby clinic. The hotel was very well managed, and professional. The reception staff, cleaners and room service went above and beyond. All were very friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure my stay went well. I was also very impressed by the room service food. I ordered several meals, and all were delicious.

The superior room was great but I was downgraded to a standard single ( my choice) as I was leaving during the night. The top matrass slide around one the bed and it was not a fitted sheet which was no so good. Service was great and receptionists extremely helpful Nice reception/ lounge and super placement I would definitely stay here again
