Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good. We wanted to sleep in, but housekeeping woke us up at 9:00 every morning. On day of check out, housekeeping tried to enter the room 2 hours before checkout time.

Clean, nice room. Really good onsite restaurant. Could hear people walking above us and doors closing. Had to bring in all of our stuff due to recent thefts. Appreciate the hotel staff being honest and upfront about it

Very well run. It is Navajo owned and run in the Navajo Country. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly ready to accommodate any needs.

This is a very nice hotel located in a convenient location for Monument Valley and somewhat convenient for the Grand Canyon. If you like high desert sandstone you'll like the area surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself had a great staff, very nice rooms, a restaurant on the premise and ample parking. It was the best hotel of six hotels we stayed in on our trip and I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The Hampton is the perfect stopping spot when traveling from Phoenix to southern Colorado for skiing or a great place to start your journey into Monument Valley. The place is reasonable and clean. It has a nice restaurant with great food choices and a very quiet atmosphere.

I expect more for a Hampton Inn and the price they charge. Our room had loose tile in the bathroom. There was no way to lock the bathroom door, which barely closes at all. There weren’t many people eating breakfast, yet the staff were barely able to keep the small egg and sausage pans replenished. The gravy for the biscuits was not warm enough and was cold by the time we sat down. Other than that, the area is beautiful. The staff were beautiful. The lobby is nice.

The hotel itself and our room were really nice. The problem we encountered was trying to get our dinner in the restaurant. We sat at our table for about 25 minutes being ignored by the waitress. She then came over to take the order from the table next to us. The couple at that table had come in after us and received their drinks while we were still waiting to be served. As she walked by I asked if we could get served. She completely ignored us. My wife and I are seniors and we did absolutely nothing to her to deserve this. After another 10 minutes of waiting we got up and left. My wife was upset and went back to our room and had some fruit and a muffin for dinner. I walked over to a Subway and got a sandwich for dinner. This experience really tarnished our stay at this hotel.

Clean hotel, and friendly staff. There is also a nice restaurant, which is so convenient. Highly recommend especially if you are heading toward the Monument Valley.

they gave us a room that was dangerous theres not a soft close door in the hotel other than the front door the room doors all slam shut and corridor doors all slam the employees did a good job to rectifie issues but all in all this is a $100 place that way over charges for a crap room
