“The parking lot was plowed and people were shoveling more snow when I checked in. But the parking space blocks are completely black and still covered in snow. A tiny bit of yellow on the ends but still invisible. I tripped on one while unloading my car. Thought I broke my knee. No. Just injured real bad. This is the SECOND time here in a month where the snow covered parking blocks cause me to trip & get hurt. I’ll never stay here again. There are other local places for about the same cost with……

“The sink was falling off the wall, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and the cold air came in and every single thing going on outside sounded like it was in our room. The staff was outside arguing with a customer in the middle of the night. This place should house the homeless, there is no way they should be allowed to charge to stay there. ”
