Don't sweat the small stuff.

Pros: The bed was OK.
Location: Kearney, MO, is a very nice small town.
This hotel does not look out for the small stuff that makes a stay great. One morning we got new towels but they did not make the bed. I had to point out the litter on the stairs as no one on the staff could see it. Vacuum cleaning was shabby. They did not restock the coffee machine in the room and I had to go to the desk to get more coffee. Lobby was under construction and unfinished but no one was working on it. Please sweat the small stuff.

Just an overnight stay.

Cons: Food - offer some gluten free options.
Location is convenient and yet, quiet. Room has Windows which open and screened, which was very nice on a spring evening. Slept well!

Good experience

Older hotel, but well maintained. Customer service was great and rooms were clean. Just wish the continental breakfast was a little better.

I would stay again!

I was pleased with my stay. I checked in very late and left early, so I cannot attest to shopping, etc. But, there was a good choice of restaurants in the vicinity and I found the hotel to be more than adequate for the price I paid. I would definitely stay here again.

One night stay

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Entire hotel is very nice. Best night of sleep we had on our trip.

Bring a good book the cable TV is out-of-order

The cable TV didn't work unless the owner would adjust the back after every time the TV was turned off. Internet was difficult to access
