This hotel was fine. Very expensive for what you get, though. I stayed here as a pit stop when headed elsewhere. I’d say that’s the best use of a place like this. It was clean enough, but my non-smoking room still smelled strongly of smoke, and there were a lot of sugar ants on the floor. The river runs next to the building, but the rooms are situated so they all face the parking lot instead. A fence separates the parking lot and the river. There is also a lot of road noise, so all of those factors made it hard to appreciate the river. The women running the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. That was the best feature. All and all, it’s a pricy but clean-enough roadside motel if you’re making a pit stop.
