"If you are looking for the authentic English village experience this is perfect. Beautiful old hotel with a nice pub on the first floor. Friendly people, two more pubs on the same corner. There’s a really beautiful forest nearby for good walks , it’s about a 30 min drive to the coast (Holy Island, Bamburgh etc). was really really enjoyable. "

The rooms were beautiful, clean, relaxing with everything you would possibly need very impressed with all of the staff nothing was too much trouble for any of them all super friendle xx As for food its second to none just lovely .would recommend to everyone. "Was recommended this property by a colleague and i am glad i tried it out the facilities are new and modern and the staff are very attentive. Food was very nice. I found breakfast was a little over priced as there is fixed £15 charge which if you just want toast and a coffee is a bit pricey. But all in all very good and i will visit again."
