Staff were very nice. Room keys failed to work several times. Parking is very limited and they don’t tell you about the limitations until after you book.

The manager has no care for the customers coming and renting the rooms at this location. The staff working were helpful and nice. Unfortunately we won’t be back to stay there because of the manager.

Only there for a short stay, and only had TV on briefly. For those that like a full cable package, this hotel has it. They even had the Pac-12 network.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was very nice, Room clean. Only complaint was they ran out of the main breakfast like eggs, sausage, bacon and ham. Seemed all the guests wanted tbreakfast at 8am. They were replenishing as we were leaving.

Staff was very friendly and room was very clean. Fast check in. The only negative was non guests hanging out on the property. Man was yelling in the hallway last night and woke me up. It went on for a while and was not sure to call police. Was afraid to go outside my room. Other than that my stay was good.

Hot tub is not great. The jets didn’t work and it was kind of yuck. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful.

Not worth what I paid to stay here. The lights in the pool area were partially out, the pool was freezing, the hot tub was not heated and it seemed they poured a gallon of clorox into it since my swim suit stained and a shower did not take away the smell. The bedding had stains, the bathroom was stained and outdated. Beds were not comfortable. Now the positive, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety. I would not stay here again and not sure where the 8 out of 10 comes from.

We did put a notice the the spa is out of commission. And we did close of the area. We also let our customers know if this issues. We are always trying to be hospitable. We did bring up the tempeture of the hottube.

All the staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms were clean and the included hot breakfast was great. Only complaint is the hot tub wasn’t working!

We had a lady who was amazing. She upgraded us to the next best room with a tub because the hot tub was out of service. The breakfast is also decent. I would definitely come back.
