This was a great location. There wa a lot of activity and even road repair around the hotel and the room was very quite.
The room was clear and comfortable although somewhat small. But I was only one person in the room so not a problem. Staff was very helpfu.
Parting very expensive if hotel did it quoting #53 per night. I was able to find resonable parking two blocks down in pulblic partking that was $9.00 per night if in by 4pm and out by 8am or worse case $32.00 for 24 hours. That is far better than whtat the hotel was offering . They did not tell me abou tit , said all would be the same and not true....

Booked one room with a queen-sized bed extremely last minute (re: an hour before my boyfriend's parents arrived...) and the service was spot on!
When I got there to check them in, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom, three bed suite for no additional cost. The staff were very sweet, the rooms were lovely with amazing tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked bustling, sunny Kenmore Square, and you can't beat the location - which is a stone's throw from Fenway park and a bunch of awesome restaurants.
Excellent experience overall - I just wish I got to stay for longer than one night.

The Verb turned out to be an excellent choice for us. We were visiting from California so we didn't have a lot of knowledge of where to stay but we figured we couldn't go wrong being near Fenway. Well we could literally see Fenway from our window which was awesome. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect size for three travelers and there was a ton of cool spots just within walking distance. It is very close to the airport, downtown, and Cambridge. The only little turn off would be how much they charge hotel guests for parking ($39) but I'm not sure if that's standard in Boston or not. Overall great experience will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!
