Perfect spot to enjoy both the outdoors and luxuryPosted Oct 18, 2016 on Hotels
Perfect spot to enjoy both the outdoors and luxury. Quick bike ride to the beach, shuttle to K-Port for restaurants and shopping. Staff was great and Earth was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY. The room and grounds were beautiful, and the staff was very helpful. We used the shuttle service to get to dinner and the beach each night. I'd definitely suggest trying Earth and the other restaurants affiliated with Hidden Pond! Breakfast was also delicious and conveniently at the door! We booked a couple of massages, which were also incredible. There are just too many good things to say.

Peaceful and quietPosted Sep 10, 2015
Arrived on-time for check-in but had to sit awhile to "officially" do so. We have stayed in similar 'resort' settings across the country, most noted Blackberry Farms in Walun TN, and would rate Hidden Pond as a well-meaning 'wannabe'. While staff was well trained and numerous amenities offered, the dusty and rough dirt roads to the cabins was a turn-off and we found ourselves comparing to Blacberry Farms and other locations.

Earth friendly resortPosted Oct 25, 2013
Pros: Everything but the remote location.
Cons: No room for improvement.
This resort is in a rather remote location in Kennebunkport and requires that you drive to the beach or to the Dock Square area. That said, if the pool is enough for you, you can stay on property. Eating at Earth, the on property restaurant, can be costly with a family and may not cater to the young appetite. Bungalow was lovely, beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, good bedding and well equipped. Breakfast is delivered to your door at 8:00am......fresh fruit, quiche, pastry and hot coffee. In the mini fridge is OJ, milk, yogurt and butter. Home made granola is in the cupboard along with tea and an electric pot to heat water for tea. Just a delightful experience.

Romantic GetawayPosted Oct 14, 2013
Booked this site a few weeks prior to a trip to Boston with my wife. Pretty expensive, but we decided to splurge for one night for her first trip to Maine. Boy was it worth it! Hidden Pond is a magical environment hidden away close enough to town to enjoy great seafood but far enough away to provide a true getaway. Out bungalow was amazing - great decor and nice touches (coffee and pastries in the morning, cool outdoor shower, great food at the onsite restaurant). What a magical trip and we can't wait to come back!
