I arrived late, near 2am due to event schedule delayed in NOLA town. I called to announce so and was just told to come by. The check in was very smooth and we were able to rest immediately, for next morning's 8am start/departure. Text message earlier the day also was a nice touch (actually you place someone to reply the text-back (I addressed my concern about late arrival)

Pros: The staff members are uniformly knowledgeable, efficient and cordial. Very hospitable style.
Cons: Hallway floors could use a carpeting upgrade. Most upstairs common areas could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Add a second elevator.
Location: Location is very good. Easy access to many interesting venues.
Had to arrange a last minute personal trip to New Orleans. We had previously stayed at this hotel and decided to return. Although its location was particularly beneficial to the purposes of the second trip that was less a consideration than the fact that we enjoyed our earlier stay. The place offers a good and welcoming atmosphere. Nice mix of business guests, vacationers and persons with personal reasons for their visit.

Room service maid was only drawback. She wouldn't back away from elevator with her cart as we were trying to get off. Front desk staff were excellent.

If you like hot rooms this is the place to go, I like air conditioning that works I won't be returning to this hotel.

This is my 2nd time visiting this hotel. Excellent staff, very clean and comfortable. Close to many restaurants, Walmart, Burlington etc. Will definitely return if there is a need. Zettbrown

Hotel is close to airport.

Pros: Close to MSY Airport; shuttle to nearby casino.
Location: Several dinning and shopping options are within short driving distance.
Overall visit and experience was above average, and excellent for price of room.

Staff was very friendly. We had a small issue at checkout - Cookie was very nice and handled the issue very well. Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, but we could not make the chair assist to get in pool work. Really need a handle at the shallow end of pool. I had knee surgery earlier this year and it was difficult to get in and out without one.
