Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Open food and unidentified "liquid" in pitcher in the fridge were the first issue. Overwhelming perfume, and a very loud turtle tank were the next two, followed by obvious signs of flooding, tape around bottom of toilets, rust. "ground floor" was not "ground floor from the front" but if you drive around back and walk the length of the apt bldg, the "lower level" would have been a better description. :(
