A nice generic hotel but not an embassy suitesPosted Jan 26, 2016
So I used Expedia to book. Upon arrival I had to manually apply my HONORS points which wouldn't have been a problem except for the eye rolling from the staff about using a third party to book. I requested to stay an extra day but was told to basically get bent or to use Expedia to change my reservation.Expedia to its credit was able to give me options to do so. The next morning I went to breakfast (it's just a 5 option breakfast with the addition of a pleasant man who made omelets) and a conference in the hotel. Around 11 I went in search for a coffee refill and was told by the front desk that there was none. I could buy a cold premix from the little high priced store in the front or I could buy from the restaurant. The restaurant was a Ruth Chris Steakhouse which had a dress code and a penchant for being overpriced (also no they don't do coffee refills). It seemed simple but it turned into an ordeal that I couldn't get a coffee at 11am because breakfast was no longer served. Fine, but when I returned to my room later I found ants had feasted on a crumb I had dropped the night before. If you want ants, that's how you get ants. My fault, maybe? The beds were soft and the room nothing impressive. No free toothbrush if you forget because, ahain, you can buy that downstairs. Checkout was a snap but for the price I think charging 2 dollars to wash and dry clothes was a bit much. Overall I'd say this chain has lost its luxury and your better off looking elsewhere.

Best hotel in Kennesaw GAPosted Jan 24, 2016
Great hotel experience. The room was clean with a spacious bathroom - perfect for a family, although I would have preferred a garden sized tub instead of the small one offered. Room seemed crowded and an awkward layout. Great breakfast but need to add waffles and an option for hot chocolate for none coffee lovers. Hotel staff were awesome until our last day when the front desk personnel changed and the lady gave me an attitude for requesting an extra hour or two late check out due to some extenuating circumstances. Overall, great hotel with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Nice hotel--could be betterPosted Dec 28, 2015
Some things detracted from the quality of our stay. The view from our second floor window was the first floor roof and multiple air conditioning units. Truly an awful sight. You could also hear every shower and toilet flush from above. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Excellent breakfastPosted Nov 6, 2015 on Orbitz
This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. It has a great location for shopping and eating. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Some items from the previous guest were left in the trash can and bathroom. Otherwise, the room was very nice. The ice machine, on our floor, was broken. We had to go to another floor for ice. This was a minor inconvenience, as we only stayed one day. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Thank you :)
