Good location and decent price for a short stay

Good location, rooms are decent sized but needs some updating. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and had some stains. No hair dryer or coffee maker... Come on now, that's a basic necessity!

A place to stay

Pros: The two staff members were friendly.
Cons: communicate that check desk is not 24/7 - communicate at check in regarding use of the efficiency/kitchen area and better shower curtain.
Location: perfect location.
It was a last minute place to stay for us. I was surprised that you had to request supplies to use the efficiency area. When showering the curtain was to long and allowed for a lot of water on the floor and it was odd that you had to go downstairs to request towels if staying multiple days. It was a place to stay in a pinch and served a purpose.

There are very few nice things to say about this visit so I'll get them out the way: The maid service was excellent in terms of cleanliness, getting extra blankets, towels, etc. This was a step above the old roadside motels. I hardly know where to begin, The room had a strong smell of industrial disinfectant which got into my night clothes,2 night table lamps that did not work, which I reported but was never fixed. The worse part was the so-called internet.They offered McDonald's style "free" unsecured internet, which had a timer hat you had to renew. If you wanted hi-speed internet you had to pay.This place is right across the street from KSU football stadium, so expect a bunch of college guys as well as transient travelers who live there during the week. I wasn't expecting a full course breakfast, but did expect more than one urn of regular coffee and one of decaf and one hot water, a small rack with several muffins and a few granola bars. That's it! This is crowded into the small lobby with 2 sitting chairs, 2 luggage carts and nothing else, all at the entrance.

Great experience

After have a horrible answer at the Microtell dow the street, the Staff and amenities at the Extended Stay were very very welcome. They were hospitable, friendly and helpful. the room ws spacious with a full frig and small cooktop. 6 stars out of 5 !!!

had to go to desk to get clean towels extra shampoo or anything needed. no amenities at all slow wifi

I was really disappointed because I need to cancel a night due to a emergency and I wasn't able to do it. The room had the trash can filled up the shower was dirty and the ac wasn't working property..
