Great Breakfast, otherwise... Not so much!

Pros: Breakfast and weight room
My family stayed on our way home from FL. We checked in around 8 PM and were told that they did not have any portable cribs/pack-n-plays after their website said otherwise. When we got to the room, it was spacious, but there was hair in the shower and stains on the fold out couch bed. Additionally, the fold out couch bed was incredible uncomfortable with little to no padding left. It was mostly springs. Other minor concerns, the bathroom lighting is very dim, there is no fan in the bathroom, and the floors were a bit dirty appearing. Wendy, the breakfast attendant, however was OUTSTANDING and the only reason I give this hotel a 3 overall!! Also, the food was surprisingly delicious, especially for a hotel breakfast, and Wendy went out of her way to assist me and my family!

Good location

No counters in the bathroom, just a sink. Back of commode was even rounded so couldn’t set anything there either. Terrible lighting in the bathroom. Expect this kind of bath in a Motel 6 but not a Fairfield Inn.

Great bed and pillows

Nice beds and pillows which makes a good nights sleep.... like the bigger tv too

It was nice

We flew into Georgia for a wedding and we stayed at Fairfield for 3nights. We were there a few days before hurricane Irma and left the morning that she coming through. The room was very nice as was the staff. They notified the guests of a potential hurricane threat and handed out a safety flyer on do's and don'ts of thier hotel. The wedding went off without a hitch and our room was very nice. The flight out was a little bumpy and we were told they closed the Atlanta airport right after we took off. Great price, great room, Wonderful trip. Curt E.

Escape from Irma

Kennesaw is awesome

Beds are comfortable, service is good. Needs a little remodeling in the carpets area. Good continental breakfast. Honest workers. We left an iPad and they are holding it for us.

Nice experience

We checked in late and staff was ready and processed everything quickly. Got up the next morning and ate breakfast in a clean dinning area and food was prepared well

Old and run down

Old and run down Hotel. Carpets were dirty room was not clean and there was an awful smell. The The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, to say the least. Due to a baseball tournament at the University, the hotel was completely filled, yet no one was eating breakfast. It took six phone calls to get a billing error corrected. I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn.
