This hotel needs a caring manager to renovate it?

This hotel is really bad...I don't have to much to say. But I paid more to go to another hotel after I paid for this one. Please work on it?

Very dissatisfied

Easily removed beverage rings on many surfaces, non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was clean and changed, but it looked like that was the only thing that had been maitenanced besides the towels from the last use. Old fast food trash found btw bed and bed side table. Outside debree and dirt found in corners of bathroom floor. This room was not worth $100 a night. I felt like I was at a truck stop red roof inn.

This is a Motel, not a Hotel and Conference Center

This is a good place for your road crews to hang for the night. That's about it. That's if they don't mind mold in the bathroom, burns in the comforter, and carpet, and slow internet. Expedia, I need to do a better job at reading reviews, and realizing you'll publish anything as a potential hotel.

At check in the front desk clerk said she had no idea if the room was clean. I should go and check. Then she didn't have enough cards to give me 2 keys. The room was dirty. I had to go back to the front desk. The clerk was busy in front smoking. When she finished her cigeratte she gave me a room she knew was clean from her description. Why wasn't I given that room to start? I asked for a 6 am wake up call. It never came. And to top it all off, the room had been serviced by housekeeping but was filthy. Hair in toilet, in shower. Beds had body imprints where they had been laid on. We slept in our sleeping bags. Not a great moment.

Pretty much as expected. Staff friendly. Found Dirty towel left behind door............,no garbage can in bathroom

The room we were giving was not cleaned. There was trash on the floor and in the basket. The bathroom was dirty and someone used the toilet and wasn't flushed. They gave another room which wasn't much better. I'm sorry but I will not be staying there again

Shower not working

Upon arriving at the Quality Inn it looked outdated but seemed to be clean until after we got into the room and there where stains on the wall next to the bed. In the morning we wanted to shower before driving all day but the shower did not work. The knob on the faucet came off in my hand. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk worker she said; "well did you take a bath then?" At that point nothing was going to be done so we paid our bill and left!

Don't stay here
