Great customer service. Run down hotel

The room we had was very outdated and old and smelled weird. It was clean though, which was a plus. Our ac went out on the 1st night. Said they fixed it and ended up sweating to death the second night. They did move us but did not offer any discount, I did ask. Breakfast was kinda skimpy too. Not a lot of choices. However Staff was super nice and friendly.

Watch the water.

Pros: The staff was beautiful!
Cons: The shower water.
Location: Plenty of food option within walking distance.
My stay and room was every good for the weekend stay. As stated in the title my only issue was the water in the shower. The water in in the shower would surge totally hot to totally cold then happy middle then back to really hot to really cold.

There was no breakfast left an hour into it. Rooms weren't very clean. The wait to check in was 20 mins due to a large party checking in.

Not bad if were a truck stop in middle of no where

Cons: upgrade
Location: good location for sporting tournaments

Nice motel while working out of town.

I booked this motel while working out of town. I was happy about the continental breakfast and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

False advertising

Pros: The location.
Cons: List when the pool is open and closed. Better cleaning of hallways, stairs and side doors to the outdoors. Staff not taking personal items from room.
Went to check in and noticed the pool was empty. Was told it was not open. The weather was in the 80's. It was the only reason I booked this hotel. The rugs on stairs were very dirty. The ice maker was out of service. Most of the staff were not at all friendly. Small things we had in the room disappeared. Very disappointed with the hotel.

Don't stay here.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. No running water in shower. They offered a room key for next door's shower, but got too "busy" at front desk to run it up in time for me to actually use it. Trucks parked overnight in lot left running - very loud having a room over on that side. Also, supposedly free breakfast starting at 6a. Breakfast room was dark at that time. Don't stay here - accommodations are way better up the road at La Quinta or Best Western for a little more cost.
