Clean & friendly, Close to tube.

Checked in 7pm checked out 7am - over night stay. Ticked all boxes - clean, friendly staff, practical room. Near Earl's Court tube and restaurants. Excellent value for money.

Nice enough but rubbish staff

The room was nice enough, very small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were rubbish, when we arrived there was noone at reception, after a few minutes of waiting a guy rushed in, said hello but didn't tell us to wait and went straight into the back, we could hear him spend ten minutes chatting to another member.of staff before eventually coming to check us in. There were some very noisy guests on our floor but that's not really the hotels fault but the next morning we could hear the receptions and cleaners shouting to each other from all the way in our room on the second floor with the doors closed! Then when we went to check out another receptionist made us wait while she finished a personal phone call saying "no it's really quiet hear" when we were waiting for her assistance. I would stay here again because the location is convenient but wouldn't recommend if you want somewhere for a long break or to be relaxed because it's very noisy and disorganised.

I had a great stay! The staff were excellent and friendly. Although the room is small, it was large enough for my needs. The shower always had hot water and the heater worked when I needed. If traveling in winter, I suggest taking a blanket as windows were drafty. I would stay again.

Room clean, quiet. A bit too tiny bathroom. Very surprised when reception asked £5 for leaving 2 small hand luggage before our flight back. And no proper receipt.

Pros: Nothing but location
Cons: Be honest about the Hotel Description
Pictures are deceiving, We stayed in a double room, not big enough for one person, The first room we had TV was broken, toilet not working Cheap towels no wash cloths or any kind of soap or shampoo except what was in the shower dispenser. The mattress was horrible, you could feel the springs sticking into your body. 7 Pounds for a continental breakfast so not worth it.. Plenty of better options in the neighborhood. no refrigerator, or access to Ice, no elevator. We were also charged 5 dollars per piece of luggage to store before we were ready to leave for our flight.. Earls Court is a great neighborhood to stay, close to tube plenty of places to eat and by food. Avoid this Hotel, plenty of others in Earls Court to check out

My room was in the 3rd floor and I had hard time carrying my shopping stuff and my bags. They didn't say that there was no elevator. Even the stairs were so narrow

English style hotel with easy access to everything

This was a nice little hotel for our stay of several days. Our room was tiny but had an ensuite and the basics. Housekeeping was on top of things and it was tidy. We had no troubles. Room was quiet and on a relatively quiet street but just a couple blocks from the Earls court tube station to whisk you anywhere in London or Heathrow easily. Loved it. Staff were nice and manned it 24/7. Would love to come back.

Pros: Convenient, clean, helpful staff
The room was small but clean. Convenient position within a few minutes walk to earles court underground station which is also very accessible from Heathrow airport. Easy to get into the city. Staff were more than helpful.

Pros: Location
Cons: Bed was too small and not level - it sloped away from wall (surprised I didn't fall out !). Although room was small it would take a bigger bed.
Location: Close to Earls Court Rd (cafes, shops)
I stayed for one night between a trip to Paris and a concert in London. This hotel was adequate. I was able to walk to the concert (Shepherds Bush). Room was very small.

Got 3rd floor room with no lift. Request for child's bed was not done although confirmed to arrange. Room so small, only left bags for a little while, came back to check out and booked another hotel.
