Lovely hotel in an Excellent Location

Posted Nov 2, 2017
Pros: Location and very well equipped room.
Cons: Wine glasses in room would have been nice.
Location: Earls Court underground station, pubs, restaurants, groceries all within five minutes walk. Kensington High Street 15 minute walk.
Have stayed no a number of hotels in London over the years. This was one of the best. Excellent location, five minute walk to the Earl’s Court underground station. Lots of restaurants, pubs and even a Marks & Spencer Food Hall close by. Room was small, but that is to be expected in London. Well equipped with a kettle, cups & saucers, small fridge, iron and board. Nice touch was the cell phone with data in the room for your use while visiting. Beds were comfortable, bathroom nice and breakfast decent. Would return to HHH on our next visit to London.

A lovely hotel in a good location. Rooms are small but modern and staff were friendly and accommodating - I needed to check out early and they arranged a packed breakfast and to store m y bag for the day. Little gem in a bsy and expensive city

Chic and convenient hotel

Posted Oct 25, 2017
Pros: Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel.
Cons: The water pressure of the shower could be improved.
It was a very good choice with very reasonable price hotel in London. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court station. Earl's Court is one of the stations of Piccadilly Line and District Line within zone 1, so It's very convenient to go to any part of London. The area is very safe and many cafe and restaurant right outside the station. The exterior of the hotel is built with traditional style but the room design is chic and modern. The room is extremely clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Lucky I found this hotel from thousands of choices in London.

Quaint Room

Posted Oct 20, 2017
The room itself was very cute and we had been given a room with the fiber optic ceiling as requested. It was small but that is to be expected in that area of town and was not an issue for us. The only disappointments with our stay was that the room was in the basement and all of the laundry and linens that was being sent out were stacked in the hall outside of our room, not what you would expect for the amount of money that we paid to stay there. The bathroom was also not at all what was shown in the pictures, and much smaller than expected, but the water was hot and had good pressure. The room was very clean and comfortable and quite, which did lend to us having a very good nights sleep.

Dear Mandy, We appreciate your feedback. Will definitely loook into linen bags being left next to the room. It should not be the case unless they are going through the cleaning peiod and they might need to bring clean linen to your room. Looking at rooms whilst you are here and request a specific room for your next stay may also be an option which may nesure a pleasant stay.

Small but effective

Posted Sep 29, 2017
Pros: Location, remodeled rooms, cool effect.
Cons: Water pressure, breakfast.
I stayed at the HHH before and knew what to expect. I booked the single room. It is super small, but very comfortable (if you are not a very big person) and has everything you need. It is clean and practical. The only improvement that could be done is the pressure for the shower, and maybe the breakfast. The location is perfect, in the nice South Kensington area, right by Earls Court Tube Station. Pubs, Cafes, Restaurants etc. close nearby. The staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I will definitely consider this hotel again for my next London trip.

Best hotel staff ever. We had an early departure and the night clerk fixed a small takeaway breakfast for us.

Excellent location near tube station

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Pros: Safe location, bright (but chilly) breakfast room, shower, refrigerator, TV/channel line-up
Cons: Overnight the front desk is closed and no staff are on the premises. Emergency contact numbers are provided, but, we felt that was inadequate
Location: Earl's Court tube station/Piccadilly Line is 3 minutes away. Plenty of pubs, grocery/pharmacies in the area
This was our third, and last stay. Recent renovations, especially bathroom & A/C, are top not. Not so nice: staff lacking English language skills, late-day room cleaning (i.e. 3-4pm), coffee beakers/bathroom cups were sometimes not cleaned daily or were cleaned using bathroom sink water (gross). We had room 11 and it was quiet. Really annoying was the problem with room thermostat that is 'motion' activated...as a result it would shut off during the night leaving our room stuffy and hot.

Our dear customer, sad indeed to hear that this was your last stay. We are always doing our best to improve the place as best as we can. Some fo the cleaning staff do not have very good English but we are always happy to help at the desk if we can.

Quiet, chic gem with lovely breakfast

Posted Sep 4, 2017 on Hotels
Our stay was wonderful and was better than we were expecting! The hotel is beautifully decorated (very cool and funky) and we had a lovely view over the gardens from the window (deluxe room). Its surprisingly quiet for such a well connected location and although the rooms are small, they are very comfortable and we were very happy there. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful for a continental - very rare to find breakfast included in London! We would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant surprise

Posted Sep 3, 2017
Pros: Room layout and fittings. Location.
Cons: A second coffee machine in the breakfast room would be very helpful.
Location: Museums, Harrods, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and the Tube to get around easily is a one minute walk.
Earl's Court is beautifully located for most of the best sights in London, and the transport links to everywhere are amazing. Buy Earl's Court isn't famous for chic hotels. I used to Iive just around the corner and used to think most go them were a little on the "seedy side." When I had to come back to London I chanced upon Henley House and couldn't have been more agreeably surprised. Most London hotels have small rooms and make nothing of them. The room at Henley House may be small, but it was really intelligently fitted out and immaculately decorated. The design, layout and fittings are very impressive. The staff are friendly and helpful - and a great collection of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops are moments away.
