Very Convenient Location

Pros: The staff members are always quite welcoming and exceptionally professional.
Hilton Kensington is very accessible to Paddington Train Station, the main hub where you can catch a 15 minute express train from Heathrow Airport. Additionally, the hotel is a short walk to two train stations, a grocery store, and a mall.

Okay hotel , handy for transport links.

Never stayed in a 4* hotel before where they charge for WiFi. Maybe its just me but I tend to see this as an essential amenity now. Never stayed at a Hilton before and this has put me off staying at one again.

Good position for our trip

We were told on arrival my the receptionist- after a tedious drive from the north that we DIDN'T have a booking !!!! The receptionist had spelt our name Rogers wrong , she should have dealt with this error in a different way considering her hotel role! Up until this point we didn’t receive a smile. After checking us in we weren’t told anything about the hotel , example lifts etc . Our room was ok but sadly not very clean , I had to scrub the bath before I could bathe ( lots of hair ) the beds very comfy . We asked for extra pillows and this service was very efficient.

Hotel needs some TLC it smelt damp in several area around the hotel. The staff are wonderful

Nice hotel convenient for the West End & Westfield shopping,staff were friendly and very helpful,good breakfast,would definitely stay again.

Ideal for Westfield shopping

I 've stayed here on several occasions and always been highly satisfied. On this occasion however unpleasant smell lingering in the bathroom which I highlighted on check out. Hopefully a one off

Horrible! the hotel is run down. Toilets don't flush and the bathrooms are moldy and need to be updated. Carpets are stained and the walls are run down in the hallway. The hotel smells really bad. I would never stay there again.

Ticks all the boxes - clean, warm, comfortable, efficient, welcoming. But I would not be inclined to pay their prices for drinks etc. Far better places near by
