I would pick another place.

I booked a double room. When i arrived they gave me a twin room and said “if you don’t like the room you can check out.” It was 1AM when i got there. They also don’t allow any visitors. You have to turn in your key card whenever you leave. It’s almost like a dorm. — OTHER THAN THAT, the room was always clean. Bed is comfy. The room service ladies are nice and leave me extra blankets when they see me using one to cover the bed with ( since i had to push 2 twin beds together.) -— LOCATION WISE it’s a C-. It’s about 12 mins walk to the train and you have to cross all these highways which always seem kinda dangerous to me. — OVERALL I didn’t mind it too much but l would pick another place.

good location

nice hotel and very well situated to central london. I got a very good price on this hotel. Room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was nice, however there was a slightly strange smell which I noticed at night, possibly damp and linked to being in a basement room. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. For the money it was good.

Ok 3 star hotel

We booked a triple room for a Saturday night. Room was fine, shower a little small but ok. Decent location - 10 mins from Shepherd's Bush tube. Only major complaint was breakfast. Few tables, nowhere to sit. When we asked to take our food back to our room (which was literally next door) the staff initially said no but we persuaded them to let us otherwise we'd have been standing up eating. Not sure what everyone else did!

Misleading name for a hotel - no suites here

Posted Oct 3, 2017
On entering the room it became clear that it was not a suite or even close to it. I booked a twin room hoping for a little space. I travelled with my sister and although we are close we prefer not to share a double, not always easy. The beds were actually different sizes. One barely the width of the pillow. The duvet covers were too short so that a large section of the duvet hung out the end, with stains showing. The room facilities, fridge, kettle and microwave were well hidden in the only cupboard in the room. Only 2 cups and saucers so not sure what you were supposed to use the microwave for. The bathroom was a little cramped and suffered poor ventilation leading to black mould in it and parts of the room. The "continental" breakfast consisted of sliced bread, boiled eggs, cheese slices and cereal. No sign of a croissant or pastry to make it remotely continental!! Thoroughly disappointing.
