Overall a good hotel but the beds aren’t comfortable and it’s extremely noisy due to its location

Great HotelPosted Feb 6, 2018
Pros: Decor and location.
Cons: Breakfast is a little expensive for what it is.
Location: Really near to the museums and Kensington Park, which is lovely.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times and it's really lovely, a little way out, but the tube is just around the corner, o no problem there. It's nicely furnished and lovely decor. The only thing that lets it down is they never remember I have been there before it must be on there system, a minor gripe really as everything else is spot on!

Nice and conveniently locatedPosted Jan 18, 2018
Nice area and conveniently located. Room is smaller than in photos but still cosy enough for a short stay, easy to get around with the tube station within a stone throw. Will definitely consider staying again next time.

A Decent PlacePosted Jan 13, 2018
This is a very clean hotel with comfortable, good size rooms. It is very close to the Earls Court tube station, making it easy to get to/from Heathrow. The breakfast is quite good. Service is very good. Stay in the deluxe double room. It is worth the extra charge.

Lovely hotelPosted Nov 30, 2017
Pros: Wonderful staff. Specially the ladies at the reception were very helpful, very welcoming and understanding. Even gave us a free upgrade to a loft.
Location: Very nice area, 3 minutes walking distance from Earl's Court station. Lots of restaurants, pubs, delis...
Clean hotel with everything provided. Great breakfast. Beautiful lounge.

Close to transitPosted Nov 29, 2017
Convenient for transit, walkable to the V&A, single room options. Decent breakfast. Issues: a bit dated- I've stayed here multiple times, but am unsure if I will do so again because this past experience was not great (elevator broken, they put me on the 4th floor though a room on the 3rd floor was available; the wifi was spotty and I asked to be relocated to the 3rd floor where my phone could pick up a signal, but they were resistant; the shower didn't have a shelf to hold shampoo, etc.; the remote power button was often unresponsive- should be replaced).

Room was behind a fire door and although warned on outside fell down the two steps. Felt the room as inside a cupboard, but was roomy once inside.

Good hotel in great location.Posted Nov 9, 2017 on Wotif
Pros: Great location, excellent staff & nice breakfast.
Cons: Needs a little freshing up which I think they have started.
Location: Only there one night but Earl's Court is an excellent location for London.
Hotel was above average. Staff were excellent and upgraded me to a garden room. Breakfast was very good and worth the cost. Bad points were shower was a little dirty due to rust stains, bathroom doorknob fell off & front door although quite impressive made it hard to tell where the entrance was. Overall though a nice hotel that I would recommend.
