Good service, great food at reasonable prices. Clean rooms very polite staff. Close to shops.Easy to travel into theatre district and central London.
The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is only about a minute to the Gloucester Road tube station and only a 10 minute walk to the V and A and Natural History Museum. It is also within easy walking distance of Harrods, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable ...
Nice hotel close to the underground Gloucester station (about 2mins away). We just took the Picadilly line straight from Heathrow airport-very convenient. Excellent service by Will (Front Office) who assisted us and was very gracious.
Staff were super helpful. Room was lovely and breakfast was good. Super close to station and had a device in room we could take with us to make calls, google and use maps.
Really friendly welcome by reception personnel. We arrived early (11.00hrs) and were able to check in to our room straight away. This made the weekend stay a lot easier to plan as we didn't have to go back to the hotel to check in in the afternoon. Room was comfortable and clean. Air conditioning ...
I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week during our trip to London. The room is very cute and cozy. We got a double room but the bed seemed quite large width-wise, almost like a king sized bed but it was short. I'm 5'3 and my feet were touching the end of the bed. The bathroom was clean and neat. ...
Nice clean hotel, rooms are very small but comfortable. I found the mattress too soft, gave me a little back ache. But the overall experience was very good!
Close to Earl's Court station. Most of the staff were very good and helpful but one was really not interested in answering questions or engaging with you so that was disappointing. Apartment was small and bathroom was tiny, smallest of all we have had so far on our trip.
We came from the GROSSEST hotel in Brighton (The Wueens Hotel). Arriving at the Hilton was so nice. The bad was soooo Cindy!! (Sofa bes not so much but my 13yr old didn’t care!) Such a nice comfy stay (a few okumbjnv issues that were quickly resolved). They are staring a reno... will be great when ...
This hotel is located close to 2 different underground stations, near several bus routes as well as many good restaurants. The staff were super, friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the amenities good.
Perhaps because we were coming from North America, we were disappointed in the size of the room. (No place for a swinging cat!) The photo gives a different impression. But we had a window and the air conditioning worked.....
We spent 2 nights at the Fraser Suites after our cruise on Northern Europe, and the hotel was great, begining with fast and efficient check-in and check-out services. Our room was a one-bedroom option, very spacious living room with all you need, includinjg a small kitchen and washer machine. Bed ...
Great staff, great hotel, great room, heater broke so that was the only thing that let it down. I called reception who reset it but it wasn’t working all night. Other than that the hotel and staff were superb
Very good hotel close to the underground station. Great breakfast, complementary glass of Prosecco during happy hour...nice little touches. Street side rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but the second time I stayed I had a room on the inside--no view--but was very quiet.
We had a long ferry, train and taxi trip to the Mayflower Hotel. The Staff was very professional and helpful. We arrived in tired and they were over the top helpful got us to our flat and gave us a ton of information for visiting around the city. My wife has been in the industry for 25 years and ...
Quirky, like a rabbit warren, any problems and the staff go out of thier way and fix it in an instant. Very Friendly staff, special call out to Hristo, Muriel, Valentin and a delightful young man who i am ashamed have forgotten his name, but he has barcode on his neck and went out of his way to get ...
It was FINE for what I paid... £95. CLEAN (important!) Plumbing in good repair. Water in room marked "Not drinking water" ??!! London? 2017? And no complimentary bottled water in lieu? And front desk had no sensible information about why the water was marked thus. Great location for South Kensington ...
