Fantastic staff. The best I have experienced. Great location and a beautifully restored 1800's property. Definitely worth a return visit.
Toilet needed to be fixed multiple times which was a little annoying but other than that had a great stay.

Hotel was close to tube station and restaurants. Had trouble with room key card and had to have reactivated twice while was there. Was happy to find safe in standard room when property description does not have them listed. Overall great facility.
