The premises were adequate. The hotel & parking area are old. No coffee pit in room, no remote for tv. No checkout time sheet. Couldnt ring the desk to ask a question. Had to walk there in the cold after redressing...needed sonething printed & had a computer station but no printer access. Will not use this facility again.

Thank you for your stay at days inn by Wyndham Kent. we are sorry that you did not find our services helpful. we do have the coffee pot in each room and the remote control in each room. we do have the checkout timings mentioned in the registration card that you sign inn during the time of check inn. It is an outdoor property, and we are trying to renovate it. We do have the computer access at the front desk. I am sorry that you have to walk in the cold weather. if you gave us a call from the front desk we could have helped you. sorry for the inconvenience.

Door locks had just been changed on entire inn. Card readers for everyone wouldn't work, eventually got them straightened out then towards the end of our 4 day stay they went out again. PITA. Breakfast was pretty lame even for a Days Inn. Front desk was very helpfull.

Understanding that it is a budget motel, it was unacceptably noisy, they didn't indicate that the pool is seasonal and the breakfast is in name only. If they were more honest, I would give it more stars.

Bang for ya buck! Clean and semi updated rooms. Microwave & fridge in the room is always a plus. Staff were helpful (needed a new TV remote). Only problems that I could point out was our shower water pressure was not great and parking got crazy at night. Other than that, perfect stay and will book again!

Ok stay for price
It was an ok stay.. the beds seemed newer. It looks like it was partially renovated. My only real complaint was our bathroom had mildew in the tub and needs a deep cleaning. The lamp shades were torn a bit but it’s a $75 night motel.

The building itself, is rather old and shows signs of wear but is well kept and clean. The landscaping outside is very nice and unique, not like every other commercial property you see in every town along the interstate. Someone put some thought and care into the plantings and their arrangement.

Perfect Stay!
Megan and Michelle were so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They had water and snacks for us. The room was very clean and comfortable and inviting. We had to leave early the next morning and breakfast was ready and so delicious. Biscuits and gravy and waffles over the top. Would stay there again anytime! 💗

The door knob was not working properly and when I went to the desk I was told that the maintenance person doesn’t work weekends. They did offer to move us to another room but because we were on the way to a funeral we didn’t have time. The furniture was dirty and the toilet seat was broken. For the price comparison with the other motels in the area, this one was on the higher end.

The carpeted floors were damp and when I took a shower the bottom of my feet were black, like mold. The TV wouldn't work and the phone was dead. Not a nice place at all.

The staff was great. They did not have my expedia reservation, but was able to get us a room anyway. They are under renovations here. But our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again, but we will not use expedia!

If you idiots had any sense of reality, you would have seen that I didn't make it to your establishment at all. Circumstances interfered with my arriving there. And yet, you send out this "form email", regardless. I'll make sure I never book another stay with Days Inn simply because of the utter disregard of what's happening or, not happening, at your hotel on a day-to-day basis. I suppose you really can't fix stupid or any of its corollaries.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but at the time of check inn (15-20MIN after check inn) we did call and asked for if everything was good in the room. The guests did "REPLY, THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND HAD NO ISSUES WITH IT". The respective housekeepers would never neglect such stains on the wall or sheets. we apologies if there were any inconvenience then after. thank you .
