Good hotel for stopover.

Location: Perfect location, 30 minutes from the tunnel or 45 minutes to the ferry.
We always stop here the night before getting on the ferry to France. That way you get a good night's sleep before your holiday really starts.

Pros: nothing. You get careworn basic.
Cons: update needed to improve it
Location: not a lot except Leeds castle to visit.
Days inns are normally pretty good but this site must be an old one as it desperately needs an update..

Good stopover hotel

Pros: Easy access to motorway to continue journey. Clean, adequately equipped and efficiently staffed.
Cons: For the price of the room I would not expect any more.
Location: Situated next to motorway for great access to ports.
Pleasant experience. Quick, efficient check in. Rooms as described and exactly what we needed. Ability to have four in a room meant cost was really good value.

Convenient for our needs of visiting family

Pros: Convenient place for our days out
Cons: As we were there for a week I really think the bathroom floor should have been cleaned at least once during the week
The only thing I would say is we stayed for 7 nights and not once during our stay was the bathroom floor cleaned or our room hoovered. It also said on the info in our room that our sheets would be changed once during the week and they weren't. Otherwise an ok stay

Lovely Budget Hotel .

Pros: Clean ,comfortable,pleasant , good value, accept dogs.
Cons: Install air conditioning or supply a fan.
Location: Good location just off the M20, Dockyard and Outlets worth a visit in Chatham.
Found the hotel very easily, reception staff very polite and helpful, room clean and oh my goodness what a good size for a family room, almost 2 rooms with one bathroom, perfect for our requirement. Also a plus that they accept dogs. Downside the room was too hot, no a/c which obviously isn't a problem in the winter. Would definitely stay again.

Practical location

Stayed overnight en route to somewhere else the room was clean and comfortable. The only niggle I had was that I paid £20 for parking overnight and was then told that it was free with the room. I think this should be clearer on information / confirmation of booking.

Ideal stopover for chanel ports

Pros: The corridor and our room appeared to be newly refurbished. We had a good supply of tea and coffee. The internet was excellent.
Location: Very close to Leeds castle. Only 10 mins to Maidstone which has several hisroric sightsAshford international shopping centre about 30 mins.
The hotel is easy to find as it is at a motorway service area. We were surprised at how quiet it was. The check in was very quick. It was good value for money.
