Looks good from the outside

This hotel has been let down due to poor management. Considering it's the Hilton you would expect the Hotel to be in top condition.

Prima hotel

Goed ontbijt, goede kamer,ietwat gedateerd, maar goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, wel auto nodig vanwege ligging. Londen goed te doen vanuit dartfort met dagkaart openbaar vervoer

Decent hotel spoiled by a stupid policy

I tried to takeaway breakfast to save time and was told that this was a health and safety issue and wasn't allowed. After talking to the management this decision was upheld. Every other hotel, takeaway place, burger van etc. has managed to sort the H&S of Luke warm food being removed from the premises but not Hilton!! Told them I wouldn't stay again and was told that the manager would call or email........4 days, still waiting! Pity, ruined my impression of the chain.

The hotel is fine, if you avoid the staff

This was the first time I'd stayed at this particular Hilton, and unfortunately I won't be returning due to the reception staff we dealt with. We'd selected and paid for a room with 2 queen beds (our child was staying in the same room) but on check-in were informed that our sofa bed was made up ready. We queried this to be met with a condescending attitude and the response that none of those rooms were available. It took me digging out the confirmation email to prove what we'd booked before anything would be done, and then we were allocated the correct room type. No apology was given for either the mistake or the way we'd been treated. To be honest,had she apologised at the time and said there had been a mix up, we'd have lived with the sofa bed. We were checked out by the same person so can confirm that the unpleasant attitude was consistent. Other staff were fine, I must add! The beds were very squeaky and end of life, so I'd only recommend this hotel if your priority is breakfast, as there was a vast selection to choose from.

Fantastic stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extreamly welcoming. The room was a great size and again very clean. All the facilities were easily accessible.

Not the best hotel in the Hilton portfolio by any means, pleasant staff but the hotel is looking tired and dated.

2nd stay at this hotel and still perfect

Great hotel with huge rooms. Very comfotable beds and quality bed linen. The public areas are pleasant and the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast. Would recommend to anybody needing to stay in the area.

Nice Hotel excellent for shopping!

This hotel is the perfect distance from Lakeside and Bluewater. The food at the hotel is good and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Disappointment

Mattress felt like it was made out of rocks. Terrible Terrible beds! Leaks in the bath room. I would usually stay at the Marriott but gave the Hilton a chance. Never again.
