Pros: Rooms full or character and friendly, helpful staff
Location: Visit the underground tunnels for a very interesting and informative tour of life in WW2.
Welcoming staff, warm fires and cosy snugs to enjoy. A great place to spend a winter weekend.

Wonderful stayPosted Nov 23, 2015
Cons: Wifi in room - despite many attempt we were unable to access.
Location: Harbour front location, steps away from the town centre.
Staff were extremely welcoming to us and our small dog. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal.

This hotel is amazing. It's small boutique, for b&b prices. Amazing. Everything about this place was perfect. Came for one night, stayed for three. Bed was so comfy. Amazed

Supreme Hotel with stunning harbour viewsPosted Oct 27, 2015
Welcomed by the homely distant aroma of the real fire and polite and efficient staff, my stay was way above any of expectations I had. Top cleanliness, top service, top breakfast, I can not fault a thing.

Excellent family run hotel - recommendedPosted Oct 15, 2015
Pros: Its style
Location: Above the harbour (hence name)
Great location, with views over the harbour from the front. Quirky, which adds to its appeal. Stayed in a compact cabin room, but if you want space choose another style as these are by definition small rooms...however suited me. Has a restaurant in the basement - which attracted a lot of non-resident custom when I was there...given the reasonable pricing of the food and the quality thats not surprising. Communal guest facilities are good with a few lounges, one with a record player and extensive vinyl collection. Honestly bar and comfy sofa and chairs...with that view over the harbour. I will be back whenever needing a room in N.E. Kent

Weekend in RamsgatePosted Oct 14, 2015
Pros: The staff were really friendly, made you feel very welcome.
Location: Recommend the Churchill Tavern Pub, a short walk from the hotel.
We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel, the staff were really nice, the lounge cozy with a fire when we got in after a night out at the nearby pub. The room was clean and overlooked the harbour. Overall a great stay.

Lovelyhotel,opposite harbour.Posted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: Food, comfort and friendliness.
Cons: Carpets on stairs.
Location: Right on coast. Broadstairs worth a visit. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The receptionist took our cases upto the room, several flilghts of steps, witihout even asking. OK, the carpets on the stairs have seen better days but this is well compensated by the quirkiness of the place. Pictures, books and ornaments around the place make it so homely. The bed was comfortable and beautifull.y clean as was the bathroom. There were lounges to relax in. old records to sort through and play and they lit the open log fires. Perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Everything you could imagine.

Warm welcome and close to all amenitiesPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: The hotel is close to all the amenities but offers comfortable day rooms if your preference is to stay indoors and relax
Cons: A large mirror in the bedroom
Location: Ramsgate offers a sandy beach, lovely restaurants and bars and quirky shops
Room quiet and cosy. Lovely comfortable bed the only thing lacking was a mirror close enough to the plug to dry my hair properly. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice
