Nice hotel in townPosted Sep 10, 2015
Mysef, my partner and my two children stayed one night in the family room 12. Very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, shower room a little on the small side and outlook from room was over facility area so frosted glass, overall lovely room. There was no hairdryer as stated but we had one so no problem. Breakfast, service and staff lovely. One downside is parking is £10 for 24hrs on super market multi-storey. Nice and close to orangery maidstone where we attended a wedding. We arrived very late so popped down the street for takeaway pizza , room service available but we're not allowed to take our food to the room and ate in dining room at about 22.30 pm. Very reasonable price &195.00 for two nights with continental breakfast, only £5 each extra for full English. Greatly better value than the local larger hotels. Had a lovely stay and would stop again, added touch of bottled water was great

Upgrading proposedPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: The manager and receptionist tried too late.
Cons: Just about everything
No hotel parking. No hand or bath towels in room. Tea and coffee facilities but odd cups, one saucer and no spoons. No bed sheets, just a douvet. 'Make room up / do not disturb sign provided but nowhere to hang it on door. Barbecue in courtyard below our window lit at 9.00 a.m.. Had to slose our room windows. Will never return. Ralph Smith.

Nice hotel, great location.Posted Aug 3, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent location, friendly staff. Large room but for me the mattress was a little thin and hard. Complimentary bottled water. Also quite noisy with what sounded like rattling pipes if neighbour used the shower but I wear earplugs so didn't really bother me. No parking unfortunately but have a deal with mall parking next door £5/overnight. Would recommend.

Nice discoveryPosted Jul 27, 2015 on Hotels
Very helpful staff and a great short notice booking. Looks like they are in the process of upgrading. Restaurant is exceptional - didn't ask who the chef was. Very convenient for city centre - located at the top of the town by the mall and civic buildings (and bus station if you need)everything else is within easy walking distance. Overnight parking no problem but you will have to make sure that you get into a longer term parking spot or pay and display from about 8.00 a.m. Desk staff can advise.

After spending long hours travelling in the car, this beautiful hotel and restaurant were a very welcome oasis of good food and excellent accommodation. Jane was so welcoming at the front desk, as were all the staff! Great hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel in MaidstonePosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr nettes Personal.
Cons: Das Frühstück was absolut in Ordnung aber etwas spärlich.
Maidstone liegt zudem nah an London.
Alles in allem wirklich super.
