“I made a reservation at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been cancelled because, according to them, we didn’t confirm it—despite never being contacted or informed that confirmation was required. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. I ended up visiting over ten hotels before finally finding a room. To make matters worse, the hotel later charged me as if I had checked in, even though I never stayed...

“The hotel is horrible. It’s being used for transitional housing and the clientele is not what you’d expect for a hotel. We showed up to people smoking outside the front door, people almost getting in fights and terrible room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, had a hole in the wall and empty kitchen cabinets. We bailed after one night and paid to stay elsewhere for the rest of our trip. Avoid at all costs.”
