We are glad you enjoyed your time in the hotel and on this beautiful mountain, even if your first impression was not the one you would have hoped to have. We are sorry if you were disappointed with our service in at the check in. Furthermore, we are glad we were able to make you happy by moving you to the other hotel complex and into another room. The timing with the construction was a bad one, yet it was something we did not see coming either. With some other points of your description, I cannot agree, however. All rooms in both hotel complexes have the same quality in equipment and luxury, even though the style might be a little different. We understand that you were disappointed with the view, but if you would like to have a lake view in your room, the description of views in the rooms are decent on the website. However, we are in contact with hotels.com to make it more clear that we do have to complexes and in which complex the different room categories are. We hope that all the confusion did not put you off to another visit in our resort and that we will welcome you back with us in the future. Until then, we wish you all the best.
