Historic property within easy walk to downtown and the river. Small room with limited amenities. If you're looking for a five-star hotel, go somewhere else. Quaint spot in a beautiful location and not expecting to be catered to? This is a great choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent property and location. Owners and staff always friendly. It is a bit spendy for the size of many of the single rooms but so are all the other nicer properties in Kernville.
