The hosts were so welcoming and we felt at home. They recommended a great place to eat at nearby. They offered us a ride. They made us a very delicious Irish breakfast the next morning.

Very nice room
Love the property owner and just the biggest room we stayed in except for a $200 night one in Glasgow. Shower doesn't get hot enough but that is the only thing I can comment about.

I think the only thing I didn't like was that I only stayed one night. The location is great, the staff is great, the breakfast was great.

Comfy B&B excellent location
Great experience at Ardree House in Killarney. I came in the afternoon, tired and still recovering from a mild bout of food poisoning, and was allowed to check in a little early so I could nap before exploring Killarney. The hostess was super nice and friendly, and gave me tips for what to see during my time there. Free parking right on site, comfortable room and bed, friendly staff. Everything was great!

This B&B is centrally located and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very hospitable and friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage in the premise while we explored the surrounding.

This was a very nice B&B. Since I was traveling with friends and did not have my own car it ws nice that pubs and shops were in walking distance. My room was in the back and it was nice and quiet.

The B&B is centrally located and an easy walk into town. The bedroom was large, comfortable, and quiet. Parking was really easy and free. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We had a very warm check in experience, good conversation, and a reason to come back and stay here!

A really lovely place to stay. Great location, clean and comfortable with very hospitable, friendly proprietors. The breakfast was consistently wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic B & B!!
We absolutely loved staying here. The place was quaint and charming but our room was updated with modern facilities..the best of both worlds! Great location within walking distance of the town center. They don't serve breakfast since it's the off season, but the price was fair and reflected that. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We would return in a heartbeat.

Breda is a great host. She welcomed us very well. She also recommended us great places for drinks and food. Her b&b is really nice, we had a very nice and spacious room. Clean, comfy etc. Highly recommend

The good: great location! Right across the street from Killarney brewing company and a short walk into town. Our room had a nice view of the mountains as well. The bad: terribly uncomfortable beds! We booked a king bed and got a queen bed. Pillows were rock hard. We left with painful backs and necks. our room didn’t get cleaned at all the last day. We had all dirty towels because they never replaced them. Just folded them. Ran out of toilet paper because it was never refilled! Staff are hard to find, if available at all. No fridge. With so many other hotels in Killarney that have a nice location, do not waste your time here!

The breakfast and the breakfast room were quaint and peaceful with the mountains in view of the glass arbor. The rooms are simple, but so comfortable. It's all you need, especially if you're like us and going out into Ireland all day. It's also a very short and easy walk into the downtown area of Killarney which is so much fun and so cute! Four stars across the board in my book!

This property is very close to town so you can easily walk. The staff was very friendly and provided good recommendations on activities. Breakfast was good, too.

The common areas are very nice and the staff are friendly, however the room leaves much to be desired. We stayed for one night and we were ready to leave. The biggest issue was the shower. The bathroom was clean but looked dirty. The shower has NO pressure at all and it took 15min until the water got warm. Not hot just warm. The breakfast was okay nothing great just okay. At the end my wife and I decided that their are to many BnB around for us to every try this one again.

Perfect place
We were very pleased with our stay at Ardree House. The location was an easy walk into the main area of town and also the bus and train station. It has been many years since we stayed in a B&B and here it felt more like hotel service in a B&B setting. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had daily service of them making our beds and replacing towels etc. The staff was also very helpful to recommend places to dine in town, book a taxi for us and they accomodated us for an earlier breakfast for the day my husband had an early departure for a golf game. Breakfast did start at 8 which we found to be a bit late when we were trying to catch our tour.

A bit outdated but nice. Hotel is on the Ring of Kerry so it's very busy during the day but not bad at night. The room itself was simple, comfortable bed, small ensuite bathroom, no safe, coffee or kettle in the room. Evelyn(?) was very pleasant. Overall a fair value. We did not have breakfast so I can't comment.

Convenient accommodation.
I think that we were unfortunate as we had a small poky room and en suite. Not good value for what we paid. Everything else about the property was good and the staff were excellent. In retrospect we should have asked for a different room right at the beginning but we didn’t know until later that some of the other rooms seemed to be much better.
