The property was beautiful, the room was spacious and had a view of the water on the side. The hotel staff, especially front desk was very accommodating and hospitable. We had lunch and then drinks and dessert in the hotel restaurant-- both were equally delicious, as was the service. The hot whiskey and sticky toffee pudding were perfect, especially on a cold November night!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, perfect for walking to the cute stores or listening to live music at the pubs. Be sure to stay for the hearty breakfasts!

Summertime in Dingle
Good location, but parking is a bit limited. Very busy during high season. Better to visit during shoulder months.

Charming and great location!
This was a great choice to stay because it felt like staying in an Irish home, but with great service, food, and location. Loved the charm this hotel had and it was much bigger inside than it suggests outside. I like that! Really great location, too.

We liked the pub inside the property to get a night cap. Our room was stuffy and warm, even with a fan. You can not open the windows any higher than permitted, and you need the window open! There are two pubs across the street and it was noisy until around 11 pm to midnight, then the garbage trucks came early in the morning. So, if you close the windows, you are really warm. There were two overhead bulbs not working in chandlier and bedside table lamp did not work. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was just okay.

Very pleasant place. My only comment would be about the doors that tend to slam when people leave. Probably a wind effect but it was very loud as a lot of people left early in the morning.

Very good hotel - we stayed one night as part of our road-trip down the Wild Atlantic Way. Dingle is a great town - has a nice vibe to it and is a place we'd come back to. And if we did, we'd stay again at Benners. An older hotel but impeccably maintained and with friendly and attentive staff, especially on Reception. Big car-park to rear (get a map from Reception on how to find it!). The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast - a good choice and Eggs Benedict cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Good choice of eateries nearby and loads of pubs with live music.

This property should be rated much higher. The accommodations were top notch and the staff were very helpful. The only negative was that at the time, the elevator was not in service, but I needed the exercise.

Old-fashioned, first class service, loved it!
I've stayed in a lot of city hotels lately and find that as a fall-out of COVID, you don't even get a nice cup and saucer in your room for a cuppa, some don't make the rooms up unless you ask or change your towels, yet Benners was like staying in a hotel years ago. It felt special, homely, lovely and warm and the bed! The bed was fantastic as was the staff and breakfast. I will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The Banners Hotel in Dingle is the perfect place to stay when touring the Dingle peninsula. The main building is the oldest hotel in Dingle (according to our guidebook) and the Georgian architectural features are lovely. The room we had was large and comfortable, if showing some age and some dust bunnies behind the bed. The staff is super friendly and kind; Susanne at the reception gave great dining suggestions. Breakfast was substantial and delicious, and served by a wonderful dining room team. They have convenient parking for guests (don't use GPS to find the parking or you'll go in circles for hours; use the map from the hotel's website). They offer a laundry service that fetches your clothes by 6:00PM and returns them clean and folded by 9:00AM the next morning. And the hotel is situated in the heart of the delightful town of Dingle. Great place to stay.

Love to stay there again
We loved our stay there. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was delightful with lots of different choices both hot and cold. And you can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of the action. We all agreed it was our favorite hotel in our 10 days worth of travel.

Great location in the heart of Dingle. Charming feel. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant and bar. Only complaint is that the decor, bath fixtures, and room furnishings are rather dated. Also no Safe in room, which is rare in any hotel these days.

The hotel, furniture, rooms were very old and dated. In a great location on main street and across from the Dingle pub. Enjoyed a very good breakfast with attentive staff.
