Overall, staying at the Landing was a pleasant experience. Quality hotel accommodations in Ketchikan are hard to come by and we were fortunate to get a room. The rooms aren't plush but have nice amenities - bathrobes, fans, a frig, etc. The layout of the property is a little confusing and while there is some elevator access, there are a lot of stairs so if you have some accessibility issues, make sure you request a room that will give you easy access in and out. While we would have liked to stay downtown, that wasn't possible and the hotel's shuttle service is outstanding. The restaurant is good, with a varied menu. The service and stay, overall, was very good.
