Pros: Quiet and comfortable.
Location: Good location to downtown Ketchikan and meeting rooms at the hotel were comfortable, professional, and had a nice Alaskan atmosphere.
Spacious and comfortable room. I found it clean and warm in rainy Ketchikan. The hotel staff was great and the food in the restaurant was good.

The weather was great for this time of year, hotel was comfortable and the food was very good!

Very nice

Location: We liked being close to the IFA terminal.
We enjoyed the staff very much. Were very impressed with a young man named Kevib.

Major Reservation Problem

I was unable to check in - despite a pre-paid reservation on this web site, with a confirmation, the hotel could not find me in their system. And they were sold out. Still don't know which entity is at fault, but I'm very disappointed.

Great place!

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, free shuttle to airport ferry, free use of freezer for fish before flight and laundry was just what we needed.
